Try a Wyoming Sight Drifter.

Looks like you use it to hit the sight ....looking for something that you can attach and maybe has a system to use something to slowly slide the sight over....be easier for small movement so more accurate movement...tapping or something spring loaded seems too random to me...have done in the past and found gone too far, so have to smack other way...back and forewards...

You’re looking for what’s called a sight drifter, or sight pusher. Here’s an article from Pew Pew Tactical testing a few.

OK thanks....bit pricey and big to ship this side

The Wyoming sight drifter rides in my range bag for use in the field.

I have,a Williams tool. It works okay. I have used it to replace front sights on ramps. Requires patience and care to set up. I don't think it would work that great on pistol rear sights mounted in a dovetail on the slide. Probably wouldn't work at all.

Just be careful that offside has the prongs set on both sides of dovetail. That can require some fiddling (and bifocal glasses). More important for removing sights. Probably not a big issue for sight adjustment.
