That is a great rifle, shame about the stock. Great shape but way to garish for me. Love the colour case hardening on it. I hope you do get to take a Buff or two with it.

Several months ago I posted about the Mauser M98 125th Anniversary No. 6 rifle in 8x57. Below is the No. 1 rifle in 375 H&H which I picked up at the same time. My dream is to one day take both rifles to Africa for buffalo and plains game.

I know you stated fresh from Germany, but was the rifle at SCI Nashville? I showed it to a friend, and he stated he thought it was sold in Nashville. The guy is right about everything. I want to be able to prove him wrong.

That is the epitome of the bolt action rifle. The case coloring alone leaves me speechless.
