I have what may be a silly question. The rules state the winner shall be determined by the closest cumulative score. Does that mean all four scores will be added together and then compared to the actual score total? If so, then I can be WAY off on two (or more) of the animals but still win if they cancel each other out? To put in another way, let's say the actual scores (simply for illustrative purposese) are 55, 38, 26, and 14 inches for a total of 133 inches. If I then guess scores of 130, 1, 1, and 1 inch for a total of 133, do I win (or at least tie)? Or is the winner determined by the cumulative sum of the differences in each of the four scores? With my silly example, my scores are off by 75, 37, 25 and 13 inches, respectively, for a cumulative difference of 150 inches (which I would think should be a losing entry). In the long run I guess it doesn't matter, but I would think the winner would have the best estimate on each animal individually. Just my two cents worth - I am still very grateful for the chance to enter and (hopefully!) win. Thanks.
