JUST A SMALL TIME HUNTER

Hey there.. I am a fairly new hunter (this is my 3rd year) My first year I did get a bear and a deer.... thanks to my husband who has shown me the ropes. I'm not a big hunter like all the other people in here - but - I'll get there..... We'd LOVE to go to go to Africa on a trip. That would be awesome!

Brief explination of the following:
I sat in overwatch with binos and camera, as my wife and PH scramble into postion.
500yds from my vantage point is a magnificant East Cape Kudu
250yds to my 10'oclock is where the hunters crept into postioned, over a cliff, below-another 250yds away is where the bull stood.

I was able to capture the whole event on camera...experiencing this was worlds beyond my most memorable hunting experience-and I never pulled a trigger!

Our PH joked that the animals never see a red truck so they come to investigate! Might be true as we had a small herd of Bontebuck walk up to within 50 yards of the truck one day.

I just wanted to share a old picture from 1990 with great memories of me hunting with my grandfather that passed away rather many years ago now.
He hunted Fox, Roe deer and Reindeer till he was 81.
