Hello,

The only thing missing to close the loop is my Frankfurt Transit Permit.

I made my application online on may 13th. My credit card was charged 23 Euros so the application was completed.

I sent them 2 emails since and I got no answer.

What are the delay of treatment and when should I expect to receive my permit?

My departure is on june 25. What I I get nothing until then?

Thanks!

Hello
Print your email document for the trip. After 21 working days and no answer from Fra, will be considered as "Silent acceptation" for transit. Even gunfactories do use it for transit, as officials do not answer emails.
I did transit through Doha week ago using same method, just taking care all other documents are up to date.
Hope this helps

That's what I thought doing.

I'll take my CC bill, along with copys of the 3 emails I sent them.

How can they refuse at the last minute when all the flights and transit are booked, When I have my export permit and my import permit and when all things are OK with airline company? This would make no sense.

Finally I got an answer telling me the link was sent on may 24th. Attached was a copy of my permit. Case closed! :)

@Mac Baren, I live central to city of Cincinnati. I have work travel early this week but could hopefully meet later this week (with no schedule changes). What area of town are you working/staying in?
Kind regards
Ron
