Forest elephant hunting

I was hoping to find hunters with experience hunting the forest elephant. Either recently or in the past. Any and all advice would be welcome. Looking to hunt them in the near future before the opportunity is lost or I'm physically unable. Thanks!

I’m in a hotel in Casa Blanca, Morocco on my way to hunt the forest of Camaroon right on the border with the Congo and the C.A.R. You cannot imagine how foreign those words that I just typed into my cellphone sound to me!

You might want to reach out to Rad Robertson of Crusader Safaris in South Africa. He’s been doing a bit of hunting in Cameroon/CAR and I believe guided at least 1 client to a forest elephant earlier this year

Check also exportability / importablity of ivory to your place. Optionally, to make replica tusks.
I am not sure if CITES covers export from Cameroon.

Forrest elephant can not be imported to USA

They are very much hunt-able in Cameroon.

Thank you all for pitching in. I'm comfortable with replicas and sending the ivory to friends in Namibia. It's mainly for the experience. Please keep it coming
