Shipping

• I will pay shipping and insurance to buyer's FFL in CONUS, excluding Alaska and Hawaii to which I will contribute $75 toward shipping

• I am willing to export it if doing so would be compliant with all USA and destination laws
• The gun will ship in a standard style hard plastic case

Inspection Period and Guarantee

• I would like to speak to the buyer over the phone (please PM me for my number), and I would also appreciate being able show the gun to the buyer via video chat before finalizing a sale.
• The buyer will have 3 days to decide whether he would like to keep the gun so long as it is unfired during that period.
• If the gun has been misrepresented by me, I will reimburse buyer for all shipping costs to the buyer, and back from the buyer, as well as buyer's FFL transfer fees for receiving the gun.
• If the buyer would like to return the gun and there has been no misrepresentation by me, buyer will pay for the return shipping/insurance to me and my $50 FFL transfer fee for re-obtaining the gun. I will reimburse buyer for the purchase price upon the return of the gun in the condition it was sent.

I have seen this rifle in person, and it is very nice! The new owner will not be disappointed. The seller is a First-Class gentleman, a man of his word, and an all-around great guy. Rest easy if dealing with him!

I listed it a couple hundred below the lowest GI listing, but perhaps the asking price was not reflective of the actual market?
