How did you find out it's him and not some scum bag in Nigeria?

You have a point, that scenario is also being investigated…perhaps this could be a case of identity theft.

I have one with the one inch tube and a 4a reticle. I bought mine on ebay last year in a small bidding war so I didn’t get it cheap.
