Bought it for an elephant hunt several years ago. Ended up being more comfortable with my .375RUM with scope.

Is this the one that a reflex sight can easily be mounted and removed?

This is pretty much the ultimate client gat for Ele and Dagga Boys. I’d be interested in shooting a bolt 404 and this back to back. Certainly lower recoil in the heavier double.

Not very knowledgable about the reflex feature, but I think the attached pic show a lever for quick removal. Additional pics attached as well. Note that my iphone pics show the blueing a bit brighter than real life.

It does not appear to have the removable blocks for scope ring attachment.

I was going to say none, but decided to take a "buyers" hard look before I replied. There is a blemish on the receiver I had not noticed before or I would have mentioned it. I have attached a pic.
I had the gun on consignment with one of the dealers at Dallas Safari Club Convention a couple of years ago. I am embarrassed to say that I did not notice it earlier. If you are still interested let me know. If not, I may take it off the market until I speak with HEYM and see if it can be buffed out.

A dream double of mine! Please sell it quickly before I have to cancel my Africa trip this year!:ROFLMAO::LOL::cry:

I am not familiar at all with double rifle pricing so the question that I have is: what would the price of a similarly equipped rifle be- New?

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.
