I believe gun was manufactured in 2019 based on serial number. I purchased the rifle new. Less than (60) rounds fired. All custom work performed by Matrix Gunsmithing:
- Factory fancy-grade Turkish walnut stock re-finished w/ authentic open-pore hand-rubbed oil finish.
-AHR 3-position safety
-AHR trigger
-Barrel band sling mount, old mount filled with mahogany.
-NECG white marble from sight. (Gun shoots to sights).
-Blued extractor
-Red Pachmyr decelerator recoil pad. LOP 13-15/16”
- Fancy crossbolt covers
-Straightened & filled bolt handle
-Factory ~24.5” barrel
-Weight: (9)lbs (10)oz
-Feeds/functions smoothly
There is a small scratch in front of recoil pad I highlighted in one of the pictures. Thought I would mention the bolt handle, barrel band, and safety are cold-blued and do not perfectly match the factory bluing. Magazine holds (5) rounds. Gun shoots to the open sights with Barnes 300gr TSX loads. I have factory sight hood, safety, trigger, recoil pad, and front sight if desired.

@Captain Munro this one almost turned into a 404J! What stopped me is I have an amazing .416 Rem. I knew it would lead to one being neglected.

@Jack Stevens Thank you, it will be hard to see this one go. I believe Matrix is still in business but they no longer do CZ work. My understanding is they obtained a large contract that keeps their machine shop very busy doing other things.

Actually, Matrix has re-started his CZ upgrades this month. He paused taking orders so he could focus on building a custom rifle component manufacturing line (quarter rib kits, trapdoor gripcaps, bottom metal, etc). Now that he has that foundation built, he has resumed the upgrades.
Here is one of his quarter rib kits on my Model 70 375HH.
