I smell red flags, the 300prc that he has posted is listed on several other forums and the user name is different and out of MN. The other user in the forums do not have the same items for sale as @Hennie .
All Hennie activity is recent listings on high end items too cheap. None of them have the same background/furniture/or flooring. I wouldn't go forward without a phone call or facetime with item and seller.
