First episode of Al Jazeera undercover report on money laundering and gold smuggling in Zimbabwe

From what little I know I believe most of what was being reported was several years old. Rutledge was shot, but not killed in RSA about 2019? I believe that would have been in the article.

I know one thing stay away from gold!

The shooting was brought up in one of the articles associated with the documentary

BETWEEN WORK AND PLAY I'VE BEEN BLESSED TO HAVE SEEN A BIT OF THE WORLD AND NO FINER PEOPLE HAVE I MET THAN THE COMMON ZIMBABWEAN. NOT A FAN OF "BIG BROTHER" BUT DAMN I WISH WE WOULD DO SOMETHING TO HELP THE PEOPLE.

Part 2..
On the screen showing part one swipe left , and it will take you to part two...

Thanks for the second episode. Interesting to watch. I have a feeling a few bank employees will be looking for a new job tomorrow. :ROFLMAO:

This investigative report has to be one of the best undertaken. The risk these reporters took was real. And the information they got seems to be surprisingly in-depth.

Going to be some people heading for the hills after this one.....

The final Episode is Out

Al Jazeera did a good job with this investigative piece. It provided a great "how to" for other African leaders.;)

There is obviously no love lost between Qatar and UAE. Which probably means Doha wants cut in on the laundering business going through Dubai. :ROFLMAO:

Thanks for posting the thread Mike.

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
