First elephant import permit for South Africa !!!!!!!

This is good news certainly, but would like to know if there is hope for those of us who bowhunt. SA still does not allow bowhunting for elephants. I could go to Zim or Moz, but my likelihood of getting an import permit is greatly reduced.
Is there much chance of SA allowing bows on elephants any time soon?

mrpoindexter, I made a few calls today regarding your inquiry. The 'tough skin' rule continues in SA regarding the elephant and the hippo with immediate change.
