A wounded and adrenaline filled buffalo cow quarrel ended in a life-and-death battle! Luckily she lost!!
Client wounded it the previous day and we had to leave the tracks, because of the sun going down.

The furious old cow splashed dirt in our eyes, tumbling down at our feet when the .458Lott smashed her in the face. My shot was almost too high, but then again, they don't hold still when they break through bushes in a charge!!
Still not completely convinced that she was dead, I gave her another blast with the Lott through her stubbin skull to change her mind forever!

Who said buffalo cow hunting isn't just as dangerous and adrenaline packed as buff bulls?
This was no. 21 for 2024 and was one that we all will remember!!

I promised to write a review of this hunt and I still will! Upon returning home I got caught up with catching up with work from taking time off and then the hurricane named Helene hit. Needless to say where I live (Western NC), and my career (Emergency Services) everything got back burner status. I’ll do my best to sit down and write @ExcutiveHuntAfrica a proper review worthy of the experience that was had!
