They have retailed a number of firearms in recent years that I deemed counterfeit. (Examples: A german August Schuler double rifle, a number of 577NE rifles built on shotgun actions) In other cases, they state certain guns are original/perfect that I am certain are heavily restored. (example: Cogswell & Harrison 375HH)

In almost all cases, the crude manufacture or conversions are done by the same sloppy hands. Either Hy-nd Arms is the ringleader in this unethical operation, or they are the unknowing victims of someone feeding them these guns and they lack the qualifications to identify forgeries.
