Magnificent examples of functional art!! Thanks for sharing.

An Excellent Ammo Mfr. here ended up with that VC 416, it was on GI about a year ago. Built on a Prechtl, Stainless. engraved. Really beautiful ie,

Available here in Gibier d’Eau (Waterfowl) version chambered in 12-gauge Super Magnum with its own special frame, it will give you the opportunity to hit some nice long shots. Its high shooting capacity, which can even be increased with the optional magazine tube extension, will quickly make it your best new companion.

Hunting, a True Way & True Art of Life

At Verney-Carron, we understand that hunting is a true way of life. It's a tradition rooted in history, shaped over centuries by enthusiasts who have found much more than an activity in hunting. It's embarking on an adventure, being in the great outdoors, paying attention to all signals of wildlife, and fully enjoying the companionship with one's dog. It's also appreciating the joy of sharing while actively contributing to the preservation of plant and animal life. At Verney-Carron, hunting is at the core of an authentic way of life.

Esme & Chef Pascal Muntjac 1st stalking for this year 2024! Hard to explain my feelings about stalking-hunting with Esme after so many months due to her injury and OP recovery! It was so hard for me to see her struggling and one moment I thought of losing her! .. This is all behind us now and we both look forward to an amazing 2024 together .. This morning, strong wind but muntjacs were all over the place I could spot with my scope 35max III. This boy was feeding on his own! Esme and I managed a great stalk from 300m to 80m! The wind was just perfect, Stalking slowly along the bushes, it was just perfect! So proud of Esme focusing on the muntjac but staying very quiet! A perfect shot with my ever-reliable Hornady CX Outfitter 165g/308 Win will see him dropping dead in the spot! Accuracy, dependability, and deadly are really what I like with this amo! A very happy Chef Pascal & Esme! Perfect carcass for my table and some for Esme of course!

A real success, it was elected "Best Rifle of the Year" at the 2017 Trophée de Connaissance de la chasse thanks to its high-precision 55 cm barrel, fluted and threaded with muzzle brake (45% less recoil), its 2 adjustable combs and its 2 butt plates providing optimal user comfort.

Where can one see the video of the .700 being used on an elephant?

I think you can just Google Verney Carron. 700 nitro buffalo hunt.

Yeah I’ve seen that one, but I’ve seen screenshots of it on an ele hunt - that’s the video I want to watch :)

Hmm........I didn't know about that one. I'd love to see it myself.

Hi Jay,

Hope you're well.

I'm headed your way in January.

Attending SHOT Show has been a long time bucket list item for me.

Finally made it happen and I'm headed to Vegas.

I know you're some distance from Vegas - but would be keen to catch up if it works out.

Have a good one.
