Dreaming-What would you do if?

I'd take my 78-year-old hunting buddy on his dream hunt - Buffalo in Australia. Then I'd take my 12-year-old nephew on a plains game hunt (with my brother, who doesn't hunt, but likes to take pictures of us hunting.) Whatever money was left over would go toward a dangerous game hunt with a couple of guys I used to work with on the fire department.

Nice double rifle in .470NE , then a pair of 40+" Buffalo one for each side of my fireplace. Whow! a $100,000.00 just doesn't go as far as it did in the 70's.

ASharp you can get another buff if you buy a Sabatti instead of a Royal! :-) :-)

OH I forgot You can't even get the Royal for 100K :-) :-)

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.

may I suggest Intaba Safaris in the East Cape by Port Elizabeth, Eugene is a great guy, 2 of us will be there April 6th to April 14th. he does cull hunts(that's what I am doing) and if you go to his web site he is and offering daily fees of 200.00 and good cull prices. Thanks Jim
Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
