Gents and Ladies:
I am pleased to understand many folks from the flatlands of the Lower 48 states will be joining us for our 2017 shoot. So, here is the information early so you can plan: Saturday, May 6, at 10am Birchwood range. We will have the range reserved so it's just us. Please chip in 20$ to repay Rob for the range reservation fee (if he is kind enought to do so again this year). Lunch will be provided at noon by the regulars. We will shoot 10-12, eat and chat for an hour, and shoot again until folks head home.
We generally have 30-50 doubles there and all are welcome to shoot the rifles of others. We don't ask you to pay for ammo or anything and you don't have to bring or own a double. Affirmative action laws require us to have at least one single barrel rifle and maybe a Thompson. I will have the following doubles there: nitro rifles in 350, 450-400, 450no2, 500, 600, black powder rifles in 450, 500, 577, 12 bore, 10 bore, 8 bore, 4 bore.
All are welcome and I will begin emailing a month or two prior to remind everyone and also to send out the food list to the regulars.
