Doo doo doo lookin out my back door

-9 F and cooling down. It is the beautiful cold when the snow is squeaky and the ice gets a bit sticky. The crows are flocking to the Mississippi at night as they do when it is sub zero. Thousands of them!

Gray, windy, rain sprinkles and about 45 deg F.

Highs/lows here: Fri 1/-4, Sat -6/-10, Sun -8/-18, today 16/-18. Nothing like this since at least 2017. Only three inches of snow though. Yahoo!

It is summer time in Australia.
This is the freshwater river below my hunting cabin at sunset. Storm clouds starting to form for the afternoon thunderstorm.
Temperature was a balmy 34 C (93F) and 80% humidity.
I was wandering the riverbank fishing for our local Murray River cod with a rifle on my back in case a fallow deer came in for a drink.

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.

Hello:
I’ll take the .375 Whitworth for $1,150 if the deal falls through.
Thanks .
