Do you have any hunting "goals"?

Having guided and hunted pretty much all that Southern Africa has to offer.

I would like to explore different continents and hunting experiences, would like to share them with my wife and best friend,... but most of all I have set a goal to carry on and over, the legacy that my grandfather and father gave me, to my children and as many others as I possibly can young and old.

Share these experiences with the ones I love and live a full life in and with nature........

Now that I have had my deep and sentimental moment.....................................

My best always

My closest goal now is to spot and stalk some PGs with my bow in Eastern Cape in July.
My bow is tuned and dial in and I am centerpunching the vitals of my small 3D whitetail target at 40 meters.
Just waiting for more snow to melt away, so I can do it at 50 meters too :)

I wish I could go today:p

My goal is to hunt a really good African cape buffalo with my double. I had a two part dream. First to own a double..second to go to Africa and get my buff with it. One dream is almost a reality..the second? Only time will tell.

I second that. Except I want an Elephant with my double!

Hunting goals?
I will sum the up with saying that I am fascinated by Dangerous Game.
I don't really have the budget for it.
Maybe I could stretch it to just once, pending the animal.
I'm hoping to at least shoot an Australian Water Buffalo.
I would hunt the world if I could,

CBH, good find on an old thread!

I’ll add mine:
- Archery hunt for Bull elk (only had an unsuccessful cow hunt)
- As many of the big 5 as my budget allows
- Iconic PG from as many native habitats as possible
- Red Stag in Scotland & NZ
- Driven hunt in Eastern Europe
- Successful solo hunt for Mountain Lion

Basically everything everywhere, but those are my tops.
