Personally, I think for the most part it is luck.... Planning takes time. So when a great offer is made & it crosses path a potential buyer.... Kinda rubber meets the road. Regardless how good a deal is, if you don't have time or money it don't matter. Throw in economies, cultures, personal/business/financial situations. I'd say it's like a lot of things in life.....
