die blanks are available from newlon andpacific tool and gauge.
i have seen newlon ones and the look like good quality.
john giles made me an excellent fls die years ago, but he must have stopped doing them.

there must be a gunsmith who can fit and chamber a barrel to the standard you demand.
you will have the chambering reamer to chamber the seating die.
if you order the full length sizing die reamer as well he can chamber the sizing die.
job done.
