Standard Mil spec Charging handle. 7075 Forged Upper Receiver with forward assist, Mil spec dust cover, and M4 feed ramps. Great for a complete ready to go spare upper for your AR15 or build a lower for this upper and have a complete rifle. Professionally assembled and properly torqued barrel.
