Companies that are Non-Supportive of Hunting

I thought it would be a good idea for us to have a list of companies that have shown non support of hunting, such as certain airlines and the cargo ban, or of any company that directly supports anti hunting endeavors. Companies can certainly be added or removed from the list as positions change.

I believe it is also a good idea to put a short explanation of what they've done.

  • Delta Airlines- restricted trophy cargo
  • American Airlines- restricted trophy cargo
  • United Airlines- restricted trophy cargo
  • British Airways - total trophy ban
  • Virgin Airlines - total trophy ban (Any Virgin brand, or anything else owned by Richard Branson should be included)
  • Air Canada - restricted trophy cargo
  • Saskatoon Inn (Coast Hotels) - cancelled African Expo
  • Holiday Inn - cancelled African Expo in Toronto

With some quick research I was also surprised to find that companies likeREI and Patagonia may belong here as well. I will need to do some more research on those, or have someone else confirm, before adding them though.

I'm sure there are many more, so everyone please add. It is little things like this that can make a difference!
How does restricted trophy cargo work? And what airlines are friendly to hunting?

As soon as they dropped the outdoor and sportsman channels I canceled my account and had no choice but to go back to cable:(.
I turned my cable off. It's garbage. That was two years ago.

The other day I noticed a huge contradiction in Costco. They have a "No firearms allowed in store" posted yet there was a couple, man and wife, open carrying and no one said a word. Don't know the details, but---.
There’s corporate policy and then there’s store manager enforcement.

Most retail stores don’t confront actual criminals so it’s probably not worth hassling paying customers if they’re not causing trouble.

My understanding…..In Missouri, a person carrying concealed doesn’t break the law if they carry in an establishment with “No Firearms” signs. They break the law only if they are asked to leave and refuse. So effectively, there are no “no go” zones, other than government buildings, taverns and schools. After all, if you are carrying concealed, how would the proprietor know to confront you?

That was my thought. They walked out with a fully loaded flatbed, several hundred bucks worth of stuff. Good money for the store.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
