Sir, with all due respect, fajitas and eggs do not go together. Burritos absolutely!!!

I didn't take a trophy photo but I had eggs benefit with a side of crab cakes this morning and it was fantastic.

BTW I would say that my favorite writer is John Hunter. His book African Hunter and PHC’s Death in the Long Grass is what fired me up

yeah hunters books are good......capsticks later ones were good ...but yeah his earlier ones were ...well not going there as it will start another lot of fun and games...but yes they did get people fired up about hunting in africa which is good ...but thats all i will say ...so now back to the eggs ...

The British empire spanned the globe for hundreds of years. Yet, it is the only empire in human history that did not leave behind a culinary culture in its conquered territories...except for grilled tomatoes! That, my friend, is the gift the Brits have to the colonies. Grilled tomatoes with bangers, beans and eggs. That was an empire based on the concept of a good breakfast to hold one over until the pubs opened later that day!

I don't think that the original poster was necessarily looking to the answer to either of those questions. But rather are all of the safaris that Mr. Boddington has been on, paid out of his own pocket, or through other means- i.e. did the owners of a magazine he was writing an article for pay for that particular hunt, or the production company of the t.v. series that a particular hunt was filmed for etc.... or as I would assume some combination of the above.

Folk celebs and writers do not pay to hunt! It’s all a donation or advertisement trade. Best of luck to anyone who can make a business out of hunting and writing.
