CAustin in Hospital

Awesome! Don’t know if I have the patience to sit in a blind for hours at a time! But I’ll definitely watch for your hunt!
Now get well so I can live chui vicariously!

FYI to everyone on AH. @CAustin was returning from the Pawprint Safaris Group Hunt on Saturday the 28th and suffered a Kidney Stone attack at the Joburg airport. He was able to get back home on Sunday morning and was admitted to the hospital later that day. I spoke to his wife Kathy and he went in for surgery this morning. Please send your prayers to Charlie and his family.
Hey Charlie! I hope you recover soon - and maybe I'll catch up with you in SA next year. Best wishes!

Charlie,
Been out of satellite contact in far north a couple weeks, so just now reading of your visit to hospital.
Very glad to learn you are on the mend now.
Best regards,
Paul.

How are you doing now Charlie? Did the stones finally clear?

Damn Charlie hope you get a feeling better.

Not yet! Going back to the Dr Monday! Got one little small fragment.
We’ll keep you in our thoughts until this is over. Be strong!

Lenny I feel ok but I have no idea how much of the broken up stone is still in there until they do X-rays. Then get the stint out....lord help me there!

When you come to JC you'll have to stop by and let me shoot that double. I have never shot a double rifle.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. I felt your pain a few years back.

I hope for a speedy recovery for you! Not a nice welcome home, but at least your home and not suffering somewhere else, there's no place like home!

You know the forum rules...It didnt happen unless there are photos :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: actually, on second thought, perhaps unnecessary....:D

Charlie, has that fragment finally cleared? Are you up and running again?

I’m working but no the good doctor used a laser Monday to break three stones up. Says he spent an hour blasting them so we shall see! Thanks for checking in @Ridgewalker

Get well soon

Out of all the different color variations of Impala the black Impala just stands out with its beautiful pitch black hide.

Impala is one of the animals you will see all over Africa.
You can see them in herds of a 100 plus together.
