Well Charlie, you are just like me and everyone else on this site............not getting any younger! If you think you want to do it, then start making a plan.

This Yukon trip was really fun. I wouldn't mind spending a few extra days in Whitehorse, as there is plenty to see and do. It's pretty amazing that on a difficult, hard to hunt animal like Dall Sheep, Dickson Outiftters averages 100%. No, they don't have them tied up either. Dalls are actually easy to spot. The hard part is getting the hunter in a position to have a good shot.

All the best to you,

Great report and photos. Congrats on the ram and thanks for sharing with us.

Good report and nice Rams. If you get back up to Whitehorse check out the Beringa museum. I spent a fair bit of time in Whitehorse in the 80's and 90's interesting place

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
