My friend Sergey uses RWS bullets for Mooses, but not EVO. Usually UNI Classic (TUG). In 30-06. 11.7 g. This bullet doesn't form "mushroom", head part acts like shrapnel, tail part from more strong alloy provides deep penetration. the residual weight is 6-7 grams. Distances 30-150 meters, shoulder, moose masses 70-250 kg.24 pages of good reports and very interesting data, but nothing at all on RWS bullets? I'd be particularly interested in reports of the effectiveness of EVO bonded core bullets. I just ordered a case of RWS ammo for my new Krieghoff Hubertus Kipplauf in .30R Blaser, so I'm committed anyway, but would like some reassurance!
that is, the bullet reliably works on animals of different masses and at different distances, but there is one subtlety: Sergey shoots well, and, in my opinion, can shoot just with bolts or nuts, because all these bullets are one shot one moose. Last time he shoot with KS bullet - just the same result.
Cartridges of factory equipment.
