Belgian Browning Superposed 28" 12ga. Chokes- M/F; Round knob long tang. Bluing excellent, wood finish VG. Made in 1953 or 1956- going off memory but I can look up the number later. Two light scratches on the right side of receiver and recoil pad (LOP- 14 1/4") are the only negatives. Otherwise the gun is in beautiful condition. $1450 shipped to CONUS if your FFL will accept from an individual or buyer is in a restricted state. Happy to meet up in south-central PA for a FTF. Cashier's check, postal MOs or cash. Trying to figure out Zelle but my bank is saying only to send payment.

Very clean, unmolested Superposed! Someone will get years of enjoyment from this fine shotgun.

I have one made in 1960, was my grandpa's before he passed, best shooting shotgun I own

Is this model of superposed also called the "lightning"?
FWB

In my experience, the early Browning Supers (before about 1955, has lighter, faster barrels and were a bit better finished than newer guns. My Super 12 is from 1937.

If it was a lightning, it would be so marked on the bottom of the receiver just aft of the joint.

An excellent AH member right here! I had a fantastic transaction with Hornedfrogbbq (I was the seller). His communication was first rate, payment was extremely fast, and I would have absolutely no reservations at all dealing with him again. Thank you, F!
Here we are, the last day of the show in Denver, it's been a good show but expecting a quiet day today. I will be back for-sure to do this show next year and maybe also do the one in Sacramento California.

On Monday I will be hitting the road driving from Denver and eventually make it down to Atlanta for the flight home.

its going to be a good year!

Hi Rem280, Saw your post on getting selected for Idaho Elk. Do you have a zone(s) selected? I live in N Idaho, might be able to offer some ideas.

Cheers,

Craig
