The most accurate load in my rifle for a 140 Nosler Balistic Tip was 52.5 gr. H4350 (AR 2209) seated as far out as would reliably feed from the magazine. This load gave about 2790 fps from a 650mm barrel. The rifle had two sweet spots and the other load was 56.5 gr. with the same powder and just over 3000 fps. I shot some sika deer and mouflon, but the typical shot range was 25-35 m and the bullets were exploding on shoulder shots with poor penetration, so I switched to the lighter load. This seemed to help and still struck them down like Thor's hammer.
