Just got this copy of Selous’s book! I’ve read most of Capstick and Ruark, looking for suggestions for other titles and authors

There was a big thread on this a few months back, had a lot of good books. I read the courteney series as well as others after those suggestions. Worthwhile looking it up.

I’ll give it a try. I’ve got the two books mentioned on the way. Good old eBay

Some great books; Maneaters & Marauders by Taylor, Jim Corbetts books are great,White Hunters by Brian Herne, I have dozens that I keep in my safari room and every few years I read them again and again. Ruark and Capstick books are a must. I left Africa several years ago and live in Australia where I write many articles on wild life, guiding and hunting.
Something I would like to know is - if anyone has read Into The Thorns by Wayne Grant - it looks good but no comments about the book which to me looks good.

“Months of the Sun”. Brilliant read. Btw,are you a Guinness drinker ?

I enjoy Guinness!

Try this too

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service. Ordered some 9.3x62 brass and the delivery was a little short. An email through your website Contact Us link was replied to the next day with the tracking info for the correction. Good pricing coupled with great customer service will see returning customers every time. Thanks again!
