I actually would like to shoot Cape Buffalo with one ..A good solid properly placed at 40-50 yards..Plus if needed very fast follow up shots IF needed

No reason at all why it couldn't work with some planning and practice. I took a tuskless with a Marlin 50 Alaskan years ago. Side brain shot worked great.

I have a hunting buddy who just took delivery of a Big Horn Armory in 454 Casull after a year wait. The manufacturer raised the price by $1000 recently. My guess is that the current price is $4400.
