I am quite glad you shared your story David and certainly trust you to have told the truth.
Obviously, It would be simple to check.

It is not unreasonable to share a news story about a Wildlife law enforcement agency charging a person acting as an outfitter who is offering hunts to the public.

I just shared relevant NEWS:
You were charged by wildlife officers and had various items confiscated by those officers.

More NEWS:

You have now shared that you have plea bargained and plead guilty to ONE offence with which you were charged.

That is NEWS to.

As you have shared, it appears that is has turned out to be quite minor. Good news for you and a reasonable resolution.

I do appreciate the response, but part of my request and the most relevant is the banner containing the allegations and opinions of the LDWF, again this was a personal matter not one involving my recreational or commercial hunting in any way. Sure it was a very minor violation, but its in the nature of the LDWF to capitalize on this kind of meaningless paperwork chase, and too post negative comments to their own cause, too no avail!
The irreversible damage has been done on this site, but I can over come the set back for sure, BUT, I still stand by initial request of deleting the ad, I see no purpose other than to provide bad and negative news with nothing to do with my hunting business, I wish to remain a member of the site and benefit from being a member in GOOD STANDING, but edited and erasing my story is wrong, if you have any concerns please contact me directly any time, thank you.
