Best magnum rifle reloading press? RCBS Ammomaster2 vs Forster Coax?

If a guy wanted a turret press that will handle big bores, it looks like Area 419 is the only option?

Personally, I’d like one press to do it all. Are turrets worth the extra coin, or should a guy be happy with a Rock Chucker
With lock rings dies are pretty stinking repeatable. I prefer single stage. The RCBS rebel press seems to have a taller window.

As someone who used a happily and successfully used a Rocker Chucker for almost 20 years, there is a large and noticeable upgrade going to the Area 419 Zero press. It has sped up my reloading and increased the overall quality of my reloads.

I started on a rock chucker nothing wrong with that press for my big bores I use a Redding ultra mag but honestly a few of my other presses I own would work just fine as well I just thought I needed one, IE made up a excuse to buy one. Lol

The very first thing listed about the T-7 press in the Redding catalog is that is constructed of cast iron. I have one and there is no way it is made of aluminum. It is a very nice press.

Hello H-Marlin,

I agree with you that the Redding T-7 is cast iron, especially after I put a magnet to it, just a moment ago.
But as you can see in my below attached photos, at least one web site has it as being made of aluminum.
Apparently that is a misprint.
And, if an advertisement misprint is the worst thing that happens to us today, I expect we will be Ok.

Cheers,
Velo Dog.

What a great way to kick off our 2025 hunting season in South Africa.

This beautiful Impala ram was taken at just over 300 yards, took a few steps and toppled over.

We are looking forward to the next week and a half of hunting with our first client of the year.

Out of all the different color variations of Impala the black Impala just stands out with its beautiful pitch black hide.

Impala is one of the animals you will see all over Africa.
You can see them in herds of a 100 plus together.

This excellent ram was taken with one of our previous client this past season.
