I like the cut of your jib sir. I followed the thread with interest because of the beauty of the rifle. I love the fact that you made a financial plan, carried it forward, achieved it, and will now be reaping the rewards of discipline. I can imagine it was not easy to part with such a beloved rifle; we might even use the word "sacrifice" LOL. But what a sweet reward to have reached the goal, just as you said you would. Well played.
