Best bullet for pronghorn and chamois

Bothe are great for your hunt; there are many more options as well. Norma 180gr. Bondstrike is a great long range bullet as well, and is known for its ability to expand to its fullest farther out than most other long range expanding bullets.
 
You may have a nasty exit hole with the Hornady bullets. I'd use Barnes
 
Chamois are very resilient: even with a bullet that pierces their heart, both lungs, and liver, they can still run for 50 meters (which is what happened to the one in the bag). Therefore, excessive expansion must be used to ensure that the animal is not lost. Hornady's ELD-X explosive is designed for this purpose and is the solution to choose. You take a risk with a monolithic bullet beyond 200 meters, and chamois are often shot at 300 meters...
