Best bolt action .22lr?

No question the Anschutz Fortner action

Anschutz TOP....

Here in Europe, CZ rifles(452,455,457) are highly valued; they're very accurate rifles for shooting. Hunting with .22LR is prohibited in almost all Spain.

Here's my CZ .455 Varmint .22LR.

CZ rifles are phenomenon in the world of rim fire rifles.
My theory:
In World War 2, German forces occupied Czechoslovakia, and their industry facilities to continue war production for their needs.
They required from Brno factory to produce 22LR rim fire rifle for purpose of military training.
So they did.
After the war, they had drawings and everything, so they made rifle Brno 2, based on that war time model. Basically, that one was made under military standard, requirements and control. (A unique case of rim fire rifle history)
And till now: brno 2, cz452. continued the tradition of that quality. And they look like real rifles!
455 and 457 are special case diverting from design by exchangable barrels, as per complaints I here at gun range, 457 lacks traditional fit and finish from old models (boys complaining on sights and trigger??). But still it has potential and appeal. (I fired few shots from 457, but not enough to have a valid opinion)

Other rim fires in most cases were made for civilian market demand. (pardon my opinion, others are much less serious). But there are exceptions:

Anshutz restarted their production with focus on biathlon and Olympics, and made their image & quality by that standard.
Finns always knew how to make the rifle, and made T1X based on succesful and proven T3 rifle.
And thats about it. Nothing else is really serious in rim fire bolt action rifle world.

Some factories dont even bother to produce rim fire rifle.

Maybe somewhere there is another jewel of rim fire bolt action rifles, but I am not aware of it.

What is your opinion on the best, most accurate bolt action .22lr out there?
Thanks
@dogcat1
There's a lot of accurate 22s out there but they are ammo fussy
My old BRUNO No2 will shoot one inch at fifty yards with most ammo
But with the ammo it likes, Winchester 42gn subsonic hollow points it will do 0.17 inch five shots groups at the same distance and moa at 100. When I found that I went to my local gunship and bought all he had of the same batch number, around 1500 rounds.

Tikka. I have one in 17 and it’s a shooter. Loves every type of ammo I’ve fed it.

Had a bergara carbon in 22wmr and it was one of the worst rifles I’ve owned. Tried probably 8 different brands/weights of ammo and couldn’t find anything that it liked.
I have a Tikka T1x LH in 17 HMR and love it!!!

I have a CZ457 Premium. It has iron sites but I’ve added a Leupold rimfire 2x7. I just use it for ground squirrels around the house and the the occasional coyote when they try to eat my dogs. I have the Lux barrel set in .22wmr and .17hmr as well at the .22lr barrel it came with. Love the setup and options. Incredibly accurate, beautiful rifle.

I've just had experience with Kimber,Anschutz,Brno no 1 and a custom 10/22 with a Douglas barrel and Fajen stock. All shoot very good but finicky about ammo as the 10/22 shoots Remington thunderbolt better than anything.

One of those purpose built bolt action bench rest rifles, fat flat fore grip stock that's designed to lay on the bench and overall built a lot heavier than standing shouldered hunting rifles, they're typically found in the smallest rimfire calibers & used in target shooting competitions.

I have an Anschutz 64 that is as accurate as any .22 I have seen.

An email through your website Contact Us link was replied to the next day with the tracking info for the correction. Good pricing coupled with great customer service will see returning customers every time. Thanks again!
