Benin hunt with Atacora Safaris first half part of the season

Hi all,

The first half part of the hunting season is over in Benin. I am right now at home for a week to enjoy my family. I must say that we had a fantastic time, very nice customers, great trophies, plenty of game and we set up a great camp. Well we can't do anything against the tse tse flies and the heat but for sure it is a place to visit and experience.

For those who are interested to hunt with me next year in BENIN, please take note that we have only 4 hunts left. So, give me a shot...

Nice pictures thanks for sharing. Great buffalo. The picks of the bushbuck with both horns broken off are cool, must have been a real fighter that one. I would not mind popping him.

Are those Buff what are termed a "Forest Buffalo" a subspecies of the cape buffalo?

Hi all,

The hunting season is over in Benin (West Africa). Time to get some fresh air in Europe before heading to the Congo rain forest for bongo hunting....
First, I want to thank you the AH members who have joined me in Konkombri camp for a great West African hunting experience. We enjoyed every moment spent in camp and in the bush.

Despite the heat and no rain the last 5 weeks, this hunting season was a very good one, we tried our best to set up a nice camp, good services and fair hunting.
All in all we are very happy and off course in a hurry to go back...

So, for those who are interested in such experience, feel free to contact me.

As usual, I took thousand of pictures and I selected some to share with you. It gives you an idea of what you can experience in this part of Africa.
