I have two 10 round packets of BELL Steel Jacket Solid bullets, 500 grain 470 NE. These are BELL loaded factory ammo. If anyone can provide information of any sort regarding them I would appreciate it.

Woodleigh was supplying Brass Extrusion Laboratories Limited (BELL ammunition) with bullets back in those days. Bell made ammunition from 1982 until 1988 when Jim Bell (owner of the firm) sold the company.

BELL was instrumental in the renaissance which brought British big bore calibers back to popularity. After Kynoch ceased production of all centerfire ammunition in 1969, nobody was manufacturing ammunition for any of the British Nitro Express calibers from 1970 to 1981 (barring ammunition for the .375 Holland & Holland Magnum which was being offered by Winchester & Remington in the USA and RWS in Germany). BELL changed all that… by inspiring companies like Federal, Wolfgang Romey (now defunct), Hornady, Norma, Swift & Barnes (amongst others) to start production of ammunition for the British big bore calibers.
