Atlanta Airport Eats

Art Art Toby and Myself availed ourselves of The Club Atlanta last July. I have a priority Card which got all of us in! The food is nothing great but drinks are good! Best bet is just buy the day pass to the delta club! Food is getting better all the time and the Clubs On E and F concourse better still than the others!
Well drinks are of course free!
Charlie no more day passes to Delta Club.

I second the vote for Ecco. Ecco is a five star restaurant in downtown Atlanta. Their location in Terminal F is an anomaly in airport dining. The food is outstanding, the wine list is a direct carryover from the downtown restaurant, and the bourbon/ scotch selection is pretty decent. All of my international trips start at Ecco even if I am flying business class.
Thanks!

The Club is always crowded and the food and drink offerings and not very good. Certainly not worth $40.
I’ll be in ATL for 7 hours so anything is better than sitting in the airport! Going to try it out.
Thanks
Philip

As an Atlanta native, and a person who spends way too much time in the Atlanta airport, here are my favorites;

One Flew South - Terminal E
Chicken+Beer - Concourse D
Ecco - International Terminal
Varsano's Pizza - Concourse A
El Taco - International Terminal and Concourse C
TAP - Concourse A
Paschal's (Good Southern Soul Food!) - Concourses A, B, C
Three Taverns - Concourse A
Food Network Kitchen - Terminal D
Grindhouse Killer Burgers - Concourse D
The Varsity (An Atlanta tradition and owned by some old friends of mine) - International Terminal - Order two walk-a-dogs, a bag o' rags and a FO. That'll get you two chili dogs, potato chips and a frosted orange (sort of an orange milkshake) to go.

Yep your correct. I forgot that as I use my AMX Platinum card for entry with proof of my Delta flight!
With 68 segments flown already this year I am a frequent guest in the Delta Clubs if I have an hour or more. Really they are a good place to catch up on email and make a call or two. Food is nothing special like the various clubs at say OR Tambo. Well drinks are free so you can get a little something if you like but nothing special.
I select the bonus miles as Delta status benefit each year instead of the club membership because I don’t think it’s worth it.

At OR Tambo I like the Mashonzha lounge. It is very small but the food is always good and its just quaint. I went to the Shongolo lounge last time to see what it was like although bigger I didn't like it that much. There are all just a little get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. A good place to get on wifi and peruse AH!

You mean to tell me there was no wine or Kentucky Bourbon to wash that fine grain feed beef burger down with??? What a shame!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Chick-fil-a. I try to get it whenever I’m in range of one. They’re not in Alaska :(

I actually hit the Chic the other day on the way to catch the flight to Kansas City. Best Chicken sandwich going!

2,822fps, ES 8.2
This compares favorably to 7 Rem Mag. with less powder & recoil.
