Anyone an expert on Petroliana (Gasoline collectables?)

I got this poster from a building on a property I own. It had a filling station in the early 20th century. Poster looks cool, but google images turns up nothing. Anyone know its age or value?

Cool poster. Some of the brands are commanding a decent price, Sinclair for one. I am not sure about Shell.
