Ammo pouch, belts and culling belts

I really need to find a leather smith to make me some custom pouches
Two of my rifles have magazines/ clips, the 375 & .308win
I have only found cheap pouches on line or had leather smith tell me they don’t make them

I received my belt and pouched from Jacques on Monday. I had a random fed ex delivery, my wife’s Christmas deliveries I thought, until I noticed the from address in RSA.

I opened the package and found my belt, and pouches. The quality is great and he did a good job with the embossing that I like. The buff is on .375 pouch and warthog is on my .308/.30-06 pouch. The belt grits perfectly for me and the size is perfect for my knife sheath.

All done on random WhatsApp conversations and did not even ask for payment until it arrived. It’s nice handshake deals still exist.

I like ‘em.

I used to wear a culling belt. But after quite a few hunts the leather softens and Ive had round pop out, lost a few too

Switched over the this and less intrusive and fits well

How wide is that two prong belt?

Dave, here is my wife’s set up using that Bino strap. We wear them under the arm pit and in front. They are quiet, absorb sweat and comfortable. I also like the Rick Young style for my compacts

If you like I’ll send you a canvas one to try out.

Sounds good I will take you up on your offer to try them. Thank you

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
