OK. I reached out to Americase about keys for outside latch locks. Once I told the guy the kind of lock (Presto-lock) he said he'd send me keys that very day (Monday), yesterday the keys arrived and they work.
Kudos to Americase for supporting their products. That kind of customer service is not seen every day.
