Alberta & Saskatchewan Whitetail Outfitters

Groat creek outfighters White Cort Alberta ( Trent Packum) I havent hunted whitetail with him but he takes a couple big ones every year I have taken several good black bears, moose ,He is the guide I will hunt with him again.

lhook7, You should consider at least talking to Stu Rasmussen at Bearadise bay Wilderness Camp. He and his son operate one of the best bear camps in Saskatchewan. (And that says a lot.) This year, they had their first year guiding whitetail hunters. They took some very nice deer. Stu is usually booked up two years in advance, so you may be out of luck for either bear or deer. However, it would be worthwhile having a chat with him. If you are on Facebook, you can send a message. Otherwise send me a PM and I'll give you his contact info.
Good Luck in your quest.

I’ve hunted twice with Team Whitetail Alberta and was successful on both trips. Shayne runs a very tight and small camp, providing for a more intimate experience than some other camps that cater to 10-20 hunters at a time. It is a wild hunt, so you are at the mercy of the weather and deer movement, but Shayne and team did a good job on both trips to put me where the buck was or move if needed. Happy to provide a reference or answer any questions via a phone call or pm.

Here's a photo of Tony receiving that Shaw & Hunter award at the 1970 annual EAPHA Dinner Dance. Tony Dyer, then EAPHA President and Princess (Sunny) von Auersperg presented it. I also attended the event.
