Also included is lodging via two cabins on the property and all facilities including 4.5 acre trophy bass pond, dove fields, skinning shed, all food plots with custom shooting houses, and massive pole barn. I can break the lease up to accommodate your budget: acreage can be anywhere from 371.5 - 825 acres. Lease packages start at $16,717.50 and includes lodging for 7 months (this will get you through deer and turkey seasons) PM for more information. Choctaw County is included in the Black Belt. It basically begins (or ends here depending on how you look at it. Most of the rich, fertile, black soil appears in the northeast portion of the County. My property is located in the northwest corner.
