AH Get Together In Dallas During Dallas Safari Club (DSC) Convention 2020

Mo mo lost his voice, mike lost his liver, cody and toby lost their leotards. Sounds like fun to me. Afterhour continued at roof top of nylo or canvas till ??? With snow storm its a little strange, which way is missouri??

Jacques,
Great to meet you and your lovely lady. Drinks were a flowing and great stories. The rooftop was great but i did hear the word stripclub. Enjoy that next Wayne hunt and hope to see you again.

Did anyone see if I left my voice at Gilley's last night?
If you been singing again, I think it probably left on its own just after you tried those high notes. Told you to leave of the Mariah carey numbers

They didn't order the full package...

A few pics - Norfolk shooter, hope you enjoyed the rest of your Texas trip. We are still talking about your liquid mustache protector

Better late then never! Once again we had a great evening full of socializing, laughter and there may have been some drinking....

Every year I try to get there earlier than any of the members and I always fail. This year @BobT was already posting pictures before I arrived 45 minutes early! They take really good care of us at Gilley's so they let our party start early and end an hour past our checkout time.

It was the best event we have ever had with about 200 people in attendance and a great time was had by everyone. Thank you to all who came especially the elusive beast known as @BRICKBURN (yes he is real I did not just put him together with bits and parts in my basement) and to @PHOENIX PHIL for being the brainchild of this very fun event!

Please share your pictures if you took some at the event.

See you all next year!

Is there a photo of the two of you together? If so, please share.:D
I dont have one but if anybody does get it on the forum.

Another fun AH get together. It was great seeing old friends and meeting a few new ones. Thanks Jerome and @PHOENIX PHIL for putting it all together.

Just one complaint: The AH hats that were given out were too small, logo printed upside down and very uncomfortable. I do like the color though.

As always had a great time. We met so many new people, and enjoyed catching up with old friends.

Jerome, his wife & Pheonix Phil Thanks for all the work you put into this. Look forward to next year.

There is no documented proof to show that isn't exactly what happened. :E Shrug:

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
