AH Get Together In Dallas During Dallas Safari Club (DSC) Convention 2020

I stand corrected— baby powder blue but im still shuddering thinking about Cody and Toby in leotards. Seems we might have a party. Cheers to all

Just tried to purchase tickets. Says reservations are closed. Still the 2d here. Wish you had specified africa time. Just lost three attendees.
Wasn’t closed for date, closed for capacity. That’s why Jerome has been posting for several days you needed to hurry to get in before max seating was reached.

Can’t wait to see everybody.

It seems that my leotard has been shrunk by the housekeeper, it will be extra tight.

Someone please remember to bring some hotel towels!

We will be selling 16x24, signed & numbered 20x30 and 24x36 prints at the DSC Convention, for those who don't get drawn!

@tarbe, will these prints be for sale in John's booth?

Yes Sir!

16x24 $65
24x36 $125
20x30 signed/numbered limited $195

The first printing was limited to 50 each of the 16 x 24 and 20 x 30 and 25 of the 24 x 36.

Once these are sold we will be taking orders to be filled with the second printing.

All prints are on canvas with pigment inks.

Thanks, @tarbe. Tim, could you have John set a 16x24 back for me? I will pick it up Friday at the show. Thanks!

This time next week I shall be recovering from a sore head :Hungover:

Is anybody else staying at the omni? I am a rookie but I heard the bar there is a good place to hang out and meet people as well. My goal is to meet enough people to book my first or first and second hunt.

The Omni bar is packed every night.

Please note my cell number in my signature. Can meet you there at your convenience, just let me know when.

Nugget here. A guide gave me the nickname as I looked similar to Nugent at the time. Hunting for over 50 years yet I am new to hunting in another country and its inherent game species. I plan to do archery. I have not yet ruled out the long iron as a tag-along for a stalk. I am still deciding on a short list of game. Not a marksman but better than average with powder and string.

Everyone always thinks about the worst thing that can happen, maybe ask yourself what's the best outcome that could happen?
