Hell, we would all argue about what three had to stow away in the luggage on the trip we bought!

I will give some cash to ANYONE who can get Cody in a carry on bag.

Sorry I didn't get to meet you at the dinner....just so many people there! If it keeps growing we may have to have a mini convention within the convention!

Friday I can only make 2 days so prefer to avoid the crowds, so I go Thursday and Friday

Friday would be preferable for me.

My suggestions:

Not be last in line for the buffet. @James Jeffrey - HuntingAgent.com was right in front of me and took the last of the beef. He said I needed to loose weight and chicken was how that was done.:D

Reserve the room for longer. It seemed the bar was doing enough business to keep the room open without having to pay additional fees. (This was mentioned in another thread)

@375 Ruger Fan bringing the Big 5 carving back from Africa for a door prize was really cool. Kudos to you sir! Not sure if we want to do any more door prizes or not, but I thought that was really neat.

Phil, my hat is off to you for organizing this event. It is amazing how far the dinner has come from that little upstairs room NE of the convention center to what it is today. Most of my friends that hunt in Africa, I know through AH. It is always great getting to see them and meet new friends. Thanks.(y)

One other thing Jame and I were talking and he mentioned the possibility of an auction next year something that would have to be talked over with J but sounds like an interesting Idea maybe someone wants to donate a hunt. :E Happy::E Rofl:

Donate a Blue Duiker hunt. Wonder who wants that?

Is that an offer? If so, or if that sort of thing happens, I would suggest the proceeds be donated in the name of the outfitter and AH to the DSC Frontline Foundation.

Phil, I vote for Saturday.

Has a day been picked yet? Rooms are opening soon.

I think the majority has decided on Friday. No official pick as yet, but that's the way I'm planning now.

Yes I think Friday is best, Gives me time to get over the hangover!

Friday sounds good Phil
