1. "African Hunter", by James Mellon
Generally regarded as the most comprehensive title ever on African hunting. There are 52 chapters on 22 African countries, and all African game animals. First Edition. (I paid $65 for this in 1987)
$60

2. "Safari", by Bartle Bull, New perfect First Edition $50

3. "Lion, African Adventure With The King Of Beasts" by Martin Johnson, First Edition, very good $25

4. "Hunter" by J. A. Hunter very good $25

5. "The Hunting And Exploring Adventures Of Theodore Roosevelt" Original 1952 edition $50

6. "Poor No More" by Robert Ruark 1959 very good with dust cover $60

7. "African Drums" by Richard St. Barbe Baker very rare from London Adverturers Club. Incredible read and nothing else like it. $20

I have most of these books and bought another this week from him.
His prices are well below the market value.

Thank you for that. I spent many years as a manufacturers agent in the shooting sports industry and hunted the world. I like the camaraderie of this site and wanted to share some of my treasures. The money is only symbolic. I have much more to come including some incredible custom rifles that guys on here would appreciate but it's hard to pull the trigger just yet (pun intended). Post partum depression, you know. It's much easier parting with my books and handloading components for now.

I’ll take #4
I'm sorry but this one was sold at 1153 this morning by PM. I'm not too good at this. I'm a hunter, not a merchant so please accept my apology for not posting a sold note on the listing. All are sold but I am listing more titles at same equivalent pricing. Please forgive me, I know how now.

I sent you a PM. Please go take a look at it. Thanks.

I have been using a "Personal Property" rider on my State Farm homeowner's policy to cover guns when I travel with them.
I have several firearms, but only one is worth over $20K (A Heym double rifle).
Very interested.
Would firearms be covered for damage, as well as, complete loss?
I'll can let the State Farm rider cover my watches...
Behind the scenes of taking that perfect picture.....

trperk1, I bought the Kimber Caprivi 375 back in an earlier post. You attached a target with an impressive three rounds touching 100 yards. I took the 2x10 VX5 off and put a VX6 HD Gen 2 1x6x24 Duplex Firedot on the rifle. It's definitely a shooter curious what loads you used for the group. Loving this rifle so fun to shoot. Africa 2026 Mozambique. Buff and PG. Any info appreciated.
