There are many factors that may affect accuracy of a firearm, the 'fit' of stock and bedding (if any) being among them. One reason that a proper full stock is so much more costly than half or 3/4 stock is the necessity of finding properly grained and cured wood.
For specifics and particulars one may wish to consult a European stock maker as the stutzen is more familiar and well known on the European continent and its craftsmen.
